Returns: Your shopping satisfaction is very important to us. If an item you order from us does not meet your expectations, simply return it within 30 days for a refund. Please understand we cannot accept for refund shirts that have been worn and/or washed. Call 740-965-5904 for a return number. Fill out the Reason for Return on the back of your invoice. Enclose the invoice. Box the item securely. Mail the package via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to K-9 Response, Inc. 4909 Blue Church Rd. Sunbury, OH 43074. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card's printed statement.
